Every DoorFix Mobile repair comes with a printable warranty card (or a digital warranty card sent to your WhatsApp / email). This page shows the exact format of that card so you know what to expect.

───────────────────────────────────────────── WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS - Manufacturing defects in the part we installed. - Our workmanship of installation. - Remedy: repair or replacement at our option. No cash refund. WHAT IT DOES NOT COVER - Cracks, dents, drops, pressure marks, any physical damage after handover. - Liquid damage (indicator pink/red). - Tamper Seal broken or missing. - Third-party repair after our service. - Non-certified chargers, fast-charge bricks above spec, counterfeit accessories. - Software issues, OS updates, factory reset, custom ROMs, rooting, jailbreaking. - OLED burn-in, battery ageing from misuse. - Power surges, lightning, theft, loss, force majeure. - Failure to report DOA within 48 hours of handover. - Faults caused by motherboard, PMIC, Charging IC, Display IC, Touch IC, Backlight IC, or any component we did not service. Notes for print and digital production
1. QR target. The QR code on the front links to the live Extended Warranty Policy. Regenerate the QR if the URL changes.
2. Personalisation. "Service Record No.", "Customer name", "Device model", "IMEI", "Date of service", and "Warranty valid until" are filled in for each card - either pre-printed using a thermal printer at handover, written in by hand in indelible ink, or generated as a digital warranty card in the app.
3. Digital warranty card. The digital version is sent to the Customer's WhatsApp or email at the moment the Post-Service Acceptance is signed. Format: PNG image or a PDF.
4. Tone. No emoji, no marketing fluff, no "no fine print" wording. Plain, factual, calm.
5. Storage. Customers should keep the card (physical or digital). You will be asked for the Service Record No. to make a claim. The number is also stored on our system, so the card is a convenience, not a strict requirement.
